Most people are intrigued by the notion of making changes in their lives… until they actually have to do the work to make those changes! To me, this is the most important work any of us can do because it becomes the foundation for everything else. It requires that we find that “stillpoint” that allows us to look at ourselves honestly and without judgment. It is a challenging, but worthy, pursuit if we are to live a joyful and fulfilled life.

A successful coaching relationship helps to facilitate the discovery of, and affirmation of, those values that lie at the core of our being. Our core values are the things that guide, drive, and sustain us throughout our lives. They serve as our rudder or guidepost. If we choose to uncover and understand those values, we then have the opportunity to build an external reality that resonates with our internal reality.

Each of us holds our own personal truth and a strong, but perhaps distant, connection to our core values, and we thus sometimes just need a conduit to help us look, listen, uncover, and learn more about how we can fully fulfill the connection to these values.

As a coach,  I am curious and seek to understand what drives, what inspires and what motivates my clients. I try to listen to your answers on a deeper, intuitive level, enabling me to get “a front row seat" for your story.

Through this process, I hope that you, like my other clients, begin to clearly see what is intrinsically important and how your value system and thought patterns affect your current circumstances. This will enable us to explore new and different perspectives, which in turn creates choice - the choice to choose the actions that will create an evolving, sustainable change in your life. And it will be my objective to help you to remain accountable for your actions, and the change, you seek.
